Learn how to use the dharma Yoga Wheel to take your yoga practice to new levels.
Inspired by his father, Sri Dharma Mittra, Dov co-created the Dharma Wheel so we can all enjoy the benefits of this marvelous yoga prop.
This workshop will be a complete practice, using the wheel to deepen and enhance postures in a creative Dharma Wheel flow, ending with deep relaxation.
