Aware Drug & Alcohol Community Coalition
AWARE was founded with a mission to address the growing concerns of substance misuse within the community. Our mission is to promote the well-being of our youth by preventing substance misuse, supporting mental wellbeing, and empowering community members through education, stigma reduction, and expanded outreach to create a healthier tomorrow.
Northport - East Northport Public Library
The Northport-East Northport Public Library, chartered by the Regents of the University of the State of New York as a free public library exists to inform, educate and culturally enrich the residents of all ages of the district through the selection, organization, promotion and dissemination of the printed word and other forms of expression.
Northport - East Northport Union Free School District
In 1922 the East Northport and Eatons Neck districts united with Northport, forming the Northport-East Northport Union Free School District
Northport - Fire Department
Professional volunteers proudly serving the Northport community since 1889. Providing fire and rescue services twenty four hours a day, every day of the year.
Northport - Historical Society
The mission of the Northport Historical Society is to preserve and promote the heritage of Northport, East Northport, Asharoken, Crab Meadow, Fort Salonga and Eaton's Neck.
Northport - Police Department
The Northport Police Department's mission is to protect the rights of all persons within its jurisdiction to be free from criminal attack, to be secure in their possessions, and to live in peace. The department serves the people of the village by performing the law enforcement function in a professional manner and it is to these people that the department is ultimately responsible.
Northport - Village Hall
The Incorporated Village of Northport is home to over 7,500 Residents, one Historical Museum, Village Hall a Local Fire Department,Local Police Department,two Waterfront Parks, Deep Water Harbor, Antique Shops,and Restaurants.
Northport Arts Coalition
Northport Arts Coalition is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing arts events and performances to the Northport community. We embrace all creative disciplines, welcome diversity, and volunteer in the endeavor of planning and sponsoring artistic gatherings. We aspire to bring the arts in all their forms to a varied audience through entertainment, education and participation.
Northport Farmers' Market
The mission of the Northport Farmers’ Market is to advance the prosperity of its members who grow, produce, or present goods or services for sale or lease at farmers’ markets, by helping to improve the business conditions of farmers’ markets, focusing especially on what facilitates participation in farmers’ markets by growers, producers, and sellers.
Northport Information Booth
The Northport Information Booth, located in Village Park, greets residents and visitors alike, serving as a hub of helpful local intel. Stop by to learn about a range of topics relating to Northport's rich history, take advantage of events happening in the Northport, and pick up our Discover Northport Guide!
Trinity Episcopal Church
Trinity Episcopal Church offers traditional Episcopal worship with the Eucharist provided at regular services. Baptisms, Matrimonial services and Funerals may be arranged through the church office. We encourage important non-profit groups to use our facilities, making Trinity an active part of the community. Al-Anon, Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous groups meet at the church weekly. Cub Scout and Boy Scout packs also meet here.
