COMPASS: Charting Our Future Together is a community-led process bringing families, staff, students, and neighbors together to discuss important decisions about the future of our schools. By sharing ideas and perspectives, we are informing a long-range plan that reflects community priorities, supports student success, and prepares our schools for the years ahead.
Each workshop includes an overview of district data, challenges, or opportunities, followed by small-group activities where participants work together to share ideas and identify priorities. The feedback gathered will directly inform the long-range plan.
