Stop by and speak with a peer mentor to learn about free programs and services for Long
Island veterans of all eras. The Joseph P. Dwyer Veterans Peer Support Project was
created to assist veterans, service members, and their families to achieve and sustain
personal health, wellness, and purpose in their post-service lives through the support of
trained veteran volunteers.
