Preserving Your Organic Harvest

This program focuses on what you can do with your seasonal harvest to preserve it

for the entire year. Topics covered include: canning foods, storing root vegetables,

fermenting, freezing, and dehydrating. Organic growing consultant Renato Stafford

will demonstrate how to can tomatoes, and make delicious crispy dill pickles. He
