Reflexology is a science and an art. Pressure is applied to specific reflex points in the feet that correspond to different parts of the body which helps bring balance to entire body.

Students will learn techniques that they will be able to practice on themselves.  We will focus on the feet as well as learn techniques for the hands. We will begin end class with a restorative pose, so please wear something comfortable.
