Oyster Reef Project
Waste Oyster shells can provide many benefits to our marine ecosystem; they are the perfect base for young oysters to settle on and a natural habitat for many small fish and crabs. As they dissolve, oyster shells protect animals against the effects of coastal acidification. Oyster shells also serve to stabilize our shoreline against destructive storms.
But first we must return the shells to the bay!

We are collecting computers to redistribute to underserved children in the poorest community of the US. With an 80 % dropout rate and an average income below the national poverty level, the remote population of The Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota are communities of people with little hope and even less opportunity.
The statistics are worse than many third world counties but, exist here within the borders of the US! This generational cycle of lost American will continue if good people do nothing, if the “haves” don’t help the “have nots”.
